Two Aurendis products have been tested for skin compatibility by Dermatest GmbH in Münster: the Tallow Creme and the Deocreme. In each case the Pure & Unscented variant was examined in a patch test on 30 subjects with sensitive skin, under specialist dermatological supervision and in accordance with international guidelines.
In both tests there were no relevant skin reactions whatsoever in the test area. From a clinical dermatological point of view, both products were rated “very good” and may be declared dermatologically tested.

What a patch test tells you
In a patch test the product is applied to the skin under a plaster and left there for a set period of time. A specialist then assesses the test area for redness, swelling and other reactions. So the test says something about tolerability on the skin. It is not a statement about how effective a product is.
The fact that we work with so few ingredients has its reason exactly here: the shorter the list, the less there is to irritate the skin.
